Website terms
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These terms govern the public hktse.eu.org website operated by HKTSE s.r.o., IČO 108 58 032, with registered office at Čenětická 2413/1a, Chodov, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic. Engineering engagements, operated platforms and data processing are governed by their applicable proposals, contracts and service-specific terms.
1. Informational purpose
Website content is general business information. It is not a binding offer, warranty, service level, certification or commitment to deliver a particular architecture, product, team size, schedule or outcome. A binding scope exists only after the responsible parties agree it in writing.
2. Capability and experience statements
Capability descriptions identify work HKTSE may be able to design, integrate, operate or coordinate. Experience summaries may generalise, combine or anonymise related delivery patterns to protect customer confidentiality. They should not be read as identifying a specific customer, site, date, equipment estate or continuously available product. Public repository and research metrics are snapshots and may change.
3. Technical and regulated work
Final responsibility, access, safety authority, regulated sign-off and acceptance criteria are allocated in each engagement. Work requiring a licence, certification, manufacturer authority, professional designation or local permit is performed only within the agreed legal and competence boundary, with appropriately authorised specialists where required.
4. AI, generated media and automated workflows
AI outputs can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable without review. HKTSE designs human approval points for consequential actions and public claims. Avatar, voice, image and training-data work requires a lawful basis, appropriate rights or consent, and disclosure where applicable. Customers remain responsible for approving final claims, campaign content and use in their specific legal and sector context unless a written agreement assigns a different responsibility.
5. Customer data and security
Any access to customer systems, personal data, confidential information, model inputs or credentials requires an agreed scope and suitable security channel. Controller and processor roles, retention, subprocessors, transfer safeguards, incident duties and deletion are defined in the applicable contract or data processing agreement. Do not send secrets or sensitive material through an unsolicited email.
6. Platforms and acceptable use
EURUN and other operated services may have separate acceptable-use rules, service levels and technical limits. You must not disrupt the website or services, bypass access controls, probe systems without written authorisation, infringe rights, distribute unlawful material or use HKTSE systems to conceal unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property and third-party technologies
HKTSE names, original website content and original materials are protected by applicable law. Product names, project names, logos and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. References identify technologies that may be evaluated, integrated or deployed and do not imply partnership, certification, sponsorship, endorsement or reseller status. Use of third-party software and services remains subject to their licences and terms.
8. External links and availability
External links are provided for reference. HKTSE does not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. This website may be changed, suspended or corrected without notice. We aim for accurate information but do not guarantee that every page is complete or current at every moment.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKTSE is not liable for decisions made solely from public website content or for indirect loss arising from website unavailability or third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contractual liability for paid work is governed by the relevant written agreement.
10. Governing law and contact
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Questions may be sent to legal@hktse.eu.org.
