How selection works

A short process built around real availability and technical fit.

  1. 01

    Introduction

Send a concise profile, location, work eligibility, travel range and the role that fits.

  2. 02

    Technical conversation

We discuss actual systems, decisions and limits rather than keyword scores.

  3. 03

    Network fit

Suitable profiles join the project network; this does not guarantee immediate work.

  4. 04

    Assignment call

Scope, responsibility, rate, expenses, access and dates are agreed before commitment.

What to send

A concise introduction is enough.

A CV or project summary is sufficient. Include your current base, languages, contracting route, travel availability and two examples you can discuss in depth. Do not send identity documents or confidential customer files at the introduction stage.
