Every engagement starts with the operating environment, the technical problem and the intended deliverable. Scope, access, change control and acceptance criteria are agreed before execution.
Our work is supported by configuration, technical records, test results and handover documentation appropriate to the assignment. Public software projects and product development provide additional insight into our engineering practice.
HKTSE is led by Weize Yuan, Managing Director and Principal Engineer. European field experience and cross-border technical coordination inform the company's approach to delivery.
