Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the hktse.eu.org website and EURUN.top platforms operated by HKTSE s.r.o.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services or platforms.

2. Services Provided

HKTSE s.r.o. provides technology engineering services including, but not limited to, Internet Data Center (IDC) management, industrial automation (ABB/PLC systems), Field Service Engineering (FSE), AI Gateway infrastructure, and CDN services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service with or without notice.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

For B2B clients utilizing our enterprise platforms and CDN, specific uptime guarantees, maintenance windows, and support tiers are governed by individual service contracts and separate SLA documentation signed upon onboarding.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
